Job Duties:
* Follow up customers’ enquiries on parcel status via email, groups in different communication apps
* Operate CMS to exert parcel status and tracking
* Assist in tackling parcel check-in error on Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Coordinate with departments to confirm parcels shipments are error-free
* Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
* At 5 years work experience, preferred in freight forwarding industry and express companies
* Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Able to work independently, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated
* Good command of Chinese speaking and English
* Experience in operating CMS is a plus
* Possess good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
* Immediate available is preferred
