内容：年龄42岁以内，本科学历（可以专升本） 公司目前在租的厂房，厂房还在建设，2027年量产 面试流程：HRD+总经理， 线上面试 核心职责： 1. 全面管理制造基地运营，承担基地经营与交付结果。 Take overall charge of manufacturing site operations, owning site business and delivery results. 2. 搭建并优化工厂组织、管理机制和运营节奏。 Build and optimize the plant organization, management mechanisms and operating cadence. 3. 负责安全、质量、交付、生产率、准时交付和产能达成。 Be accountable for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, on-time delivery and capacity attainment. 4. 支持销售业务，确保客户承诺、订单执行和交付兑现。 Support the sales business, ensuring customer commitments, order execution and delivery fulfillment. 5. 管理出口订单执行及客户交付协同。 Manage export-order execution and customer-delivery coordination. 6. 支持运营计划，推动S&OP/S&OE在基地落地。 Support operations planning and drive implementation of S&OP / S&OE at the site. 7. 推动组织发展、人才梯队建设和干部能力提升。 Drive organizational development, talent-pipeline building and cadre-capability improvement. 8. 建立并运行基地KPI仪表盘。 Establish and operate the site KPI dashboard. 9. 承担基地财务责任，推动成本、效率和盈利改善。 Assume financial responsibility for the site and drive cost, efficiency and profitability improvement. 10. 提升基地竞争力、治理能力和内外部关系管理能力。 Enhance site competitiveness, governance and internal / external relationship management. 11. 全面负责越南基地合法合规经营，包括投资许可（IRC/ERC）、劳动用工、税务、海关、环保及消防（PCCC）等合规事项，作为基地最高代表对接越南政府部门与工业园区。 Take overall responsibility for the legal and compliant operation of the Vietnam site, covering investment certificates (IRC / ERC), labor, tax, customs, environmental and fire-safety (PCCC) compliance, and act as the site's most senior representative to Vietnamese authorities and the industrial park. 12. 主导基地筹建与产能爬坡，统筹与中国基地及总部的技术转移、外派人员管理与本地化人才梯队建设，推动管理层和关键岗位逐步本地化。 Lead site establishment and capacity ramp-up, coordinate technology transfer with the China base and HQ, manage expatriates, build the local talent pipeline, and drive progressive localization of management and key positions. 年薪：60万RMB+驻外补贴（每个月2800USD）
